The journal consists of 30 pages – each with a prompt. A blank lined page is included as a free form page to just spend time with your thoughts, which is always beneficial, especially after a hectic day that wasn’t quite what you want for your life. But for best results, try the prompts which will gently nudge your thoughts in a positive direction and give you clarity about what you really want.
