What a wonderful and mindful way to connect with Spirit on a daily basis. This simple but attractive planner is embellished with colorful watercolor feathers on each page. It consists of 33 pages total including the cover page and allows you to choose between differing styles.
The planner begins with four Daily Schedule pages and two Daily Gratitude pages in different styles. The two following Daily Meditation pages gives you space to record your favorite meditations, your meditation goals, meditation music, and to journal about your meditations. Also, six daily Meditation Tracker pages in different styles & formats are provided. The two Spirituality Routine pages is where you list your spiritual practices and check them off on a daily basis. There’s also two Daily Alignment pages where you jot down your affirmation and gratitude for the day and record your values, purpose, self care and thoughts. The two Daily Affirmation pages consists of daily blocks for you to write down your chosen affirmations.
Self Care pages remind you of your daily self care to-dos on all levels – mind, body, and soul. You also have space to journal about what you are doing to take care of yourself on a daily basis. There’s also a Daily Reflection page and a Journal page provided. The planner proper ends with a Monthly Plan page and a Monthly Calendar page. Two really nice suitable-for-framing posters are included and, as an added bonus, I’ve inserted a short guide on spiritual self care.
