Description

Effectively improve your diet – and your health – with the colorful and smart My Diet & Nutritional Goals Journal. You will have 18 pages (including the cover) of nutritional goal planning with lists, charts & trackers that will help you strategize your way to a new and healthier way of eating.

First you write down the foods that you want to avoid and why. Next, you list an overview of your weekly goals for the month. Then you can organize your weekly goals on a daily basis. The Daily Goal page allows you to go in depth in breaking down your goals into daily steps you can take to achieve them. There is a Daily Food Log page for you to list the foods to eat for each meal and for snacks along with space for meal ideas, a water drinking log, and a shopping list.

An infographic-style page is included where you can chart your goals for fitness, health, and weight. And the Goals Milestones page lets you track the little victories you achieve on your diet improving journey. Two pages to keep handy are the ‘Eat This – Not That’ page that has blocks to list foods for each meal, and the Food Substitutes page where you list the healthier foods that replace the not-so-healthy ones. There’s also a page for you to list the foods to eat and the ones to avoid when eating out.

Sometimes we eat just because we are bored so instead of snacking, use the Things To Do Instead of Snacking page to list the things you can (or need?) to do to distract yourself from eating unnecessarily. To help us along, there’s the Reward Yourself page where you list non-food ideas to celebrate your achievements. And, there’s even a page for you to track those rewards!

In order to keep track of how your new way of eating is affecting your moods each day of the month, chart them on the Mood Board page. The Weekly Overview page is where you reflect upon the week and record your favorite foods you ate, and as to how you felt. Lastly, record your overall thoughts and the things you are grateful for on the Thoughts & Thanks page.

Since this journal is ink intensive – or rather, uses a lot of color ink, I’ve included a separate file in which the pages do not have the watercolor backgrounds.

Important note: This product comes as two PDF files that you view & download from Dropbox.com. The pages are US Letter size – 8.5″ x 11″, and have a small white border on each page for you to print at home (or a print shop, if you prefer). After checkout, you will receive links to the file at Dropbox.
