This bright & cheerful planner set is for those of you who seriously want to lose some weight and get fit. The 12 Week Fitness Planner will help you navigate through your weight loss and getting-in-shape endeavor. By following the planner for 12 weeks, you will have developed the healthy habits that can bring you into your future of being and staying fit.

The fitness/weight loss planner consists of 31 pages total including the cover and ‘This belongs to..’ pages. It begins with a goal setting worksheet and a page for you to list any related resources you know of for easy access to them. To help keep you motivated there is a page for before and after photos. The two Stats pages will help you keep track of your weight, measurements, and dress size so you can see the progress you are making. Then there’s four pages for you weight loss story – a journal where you reflect on how you feel at the end of each of the twelve weeks.

The weekly fitness planner section comes with binder divider pages for each of the 12 weeks. There is a planner/journal page for each day of the week that you print out on a weekly basis for 12 weeks. The pages features a checklist for your morning routine, space to describe your challenge for the day, space for you to list info four meals, macros and water trackers, and a little notes box.

The 12 Week Meal Planner is a separate file and is 23 pages including the cover page. There are two food guidelines pages where you describe your eating plan and the foods that you will and will not eat, how you are going to track your what you eat and your weight, and a section for intermittent fasting and deciding on any supplements you will take. This section  is followed by a handy dandy shopping list page.

Weekly binder divider pages are provided for the 12 weeks and there are seven daily meal planner pages that you print out each week along with the fitness/weight loss planner. The meal planner page has space for you to list the foods you are to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. The meal listings are followed by a few lines for notes.

Important note: This product comes as two PDF files that you view & download from DropBox.com. The pages are US Letter size – 8.5″ x 11″, and have a small white border on each page for you to print at home (or a print shop, if you prefer).
