This cheerful weight loss journal is for those of you who want to seriously focus on eating habits and lose weight for good. The 12-Week Weight Loss & Meal Planning Journal will help you navigate through your meal planning and weight loss endeavors. By the end of the 12 weeks, you (hopefully) will have developed the healthy habits that can bring you into the future of being and staying slim & fit.
The 12-Week Weight Loss & Meal Planning Journal consists of 24 pages total including the cover and ‘This belongs to..’ pages. It begins with a goal setting worksheet where you focus on your weight loss goals and think about the obstacles you my face in achieving those goals. The ‘My Food Guidelines’ page is for you to define your own guidelines for your eating plan. Then there’s a ‘Resources’ page for you to list any websites, blogs, or social media where you find inspiration and advice that will assist you on your weight loss journey.
To help keep you motivated there is a page for before and after photos – before, week 4, week 8 and week 12. The two Stats pages will help you keep track of your weight, measurements, and dress size so you can see the progress you are making week to week. Then there’s four pages for you weight loss story – a journal where you reflect on how you feel at the end of each of the twelve weeks and how you are going to maintain your weight.
The next section begins with a weekly binder divider page. There is a daily checklist/tracker page that you can print daily for the 12 weeks. The page features a checklist for your morning routine, space to describe your challenge for the day, space for you to list info four meals, macros and water trackers, and a little notes box.
The Meal Planner itself has a shopping list page and meal planning pages for Monday thru Sunday. Those pages have spaces for you to list the foods you are to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. The meal listings are followed by a few lines for notes.
Important note: This product comes as two PDF files that you view & download from Dropbox.com. The pages are US Letter size – 8.5″ x 11″, and have a white border on each page for you to print at home (or a print shop, if you prefer). After checkout, you will receive a link to the file at Dropbox.
